Children stop to watch butterflies.
Adults hurry past them.
Children stare at sunsets.
Adults check their phones.
Children ask hundreds of questions.
Adults assume they already know.
Yet the world God created has never stopped speaking.
The sunrise still announces hope.
The stars still whisper eternity.
The rivers still sing.
The mountains still stand.
The flowers still bloom without applause.
Perhaps heaven has never become quieter.
Perhaps we’ve simply become busier.
