A LEADER MUST HAVE HUMILITY

The world…

often teaches…

that leaders…

should be served.

Jesus…

taught exactly…

the opposite.

I’ve discovered…

that leadership…

has very little…

to do…

with titles.

Or positions.

Or authority.

Real leadership…

begins…

long before…

anyone…

calls you…

a leader.

It begins…

the first time…

you place…

someone else’s needs…

ahead…

of your own.

GREATNESS SERVES

The strongest leaders…

don’t ask…

“What can people…

do for me?”

They ask…

“How can I…

help them succeed?”

A father…

serves his family.

A husband…

serves his wife.

A teacher…

serves students.

A pastor…

serves his congregation.

A business owner…

serves customers.

Even Jesus…

washed feet…

to demonstrate…

that greatness…

always wears…

the clothes…

of humility.

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT

If people removed…

your title…

would they still…

follow your example?

PUT LEGS ON IT

Serve quietly.

Lead honestly.

Honor others.

Encourage generously.

Take responsibility.

Share the credit.

Accept correction.

Become the person…

others trust…

because they know…

you genuinely care.

RICHIE SPEAKING

The older I become…

the more convinced I am…

that the people…

who change the world…

usually begin…

by simply helping…

the person…

standing right…

in front of them.

📖 Featured Book: When Will Men Come Back Again?

This book reminds us that authentic leadership is never built upon ego or status. It is built upon responsibility, sacrifice, humility, courage, and service. The greatest leaders leave behind stronger people—not bigger monuments to themselves.

FINAL THOUGHT

Leadership…

isn’t measured…

by how many people…

work for you.

It’s measured…

by how many people…

become better…

because of you.
