Your body is always talking to you.

Not through words…
but through signals, sensations, tension, peace, uneasiness and knowing.

Most people react automatically.
Few stop long enough to listen.

BODY SIGNAL SIGNS AND WHAT THEY MEAN

I am not talking about the urge to eat, rid yourself of what you ate or sleep.

I am speaking about the signals that the body gives off while engaged under certain activities.

It is interesting to note that often and even automatically, we just act on what is presented instead of responding.

There is a difference as we shall see.

Discovering that for yourself forearms you.

THE SOLAR PLEXUS

Next time you are confronted with something sinister, dark or untrustworthy as you approach it and it approaches you, take note of the little tingling feeling you get from the solar plexus — the space between your breasts and just below.

Dread, beguilement, false fear and questionable outcomes signal from this area.

THE LOWER ABDOMEN

Butterflies in the stomach is no myth but a signal from this part of the body telling you growth awaits.

Something new and different is coming to you and you to it.

Take note and seize the opportunity to its fullest.

It will pay off well when encouraged and supported.

It is risk, newness and possibility waiting.

RESENTMENT

This manifests itself sometimes in the jaw, neck, face and shoulders that can be compared to tenseness and firmness.

It indicates you have and are in a situation and are not handling it well or are being tempted to fail.

Noticing this allows one to leave the circumstances by choosing to do so.

Awareness here frees one from the grip of the temptation to resent by showing you its startup.

NOTE:

It has also been shared that on the left side of your body, along the same lines of where your appendix would be on the other side, a tingling or sensation from this area signals resentment as well.

NOT BODY LANGUAGE

You cannot read these on other people because they take place within the person themselves.

This is solely for self-awareness and to correct or direct one’s path and situation to where it will do them the most good and least harm.

The body, in these cases, signals or feeds back to you.

From there, the rest is up to you on outcome or progress.

EYE CONTACT

If you cannot look at someone while engaging them, then perhaps your position or point of view is questionable or you may have a subconscious agenda.

Interesting to note that too much eye contact from you to another signals willfulness, dominance and may suggest a softer stance to make the point.

COMMON OBSERVATIONS

If you feel yourself giving in or up while under or in a situation where you are failing to act, a total surrender and compliance will flood your body which should indicate to you not to give in but center yourself and take on awareness to offset the setting in of dullness and complacency working on you.

Your body is saying it will shut down if you go along.

If you don’t, it will rise to the occasion.

DRY MOUTH ETC.

A symptom of growth brought about by stress, risk, exposure, embarrassment or ridicule that will pass when you acknowledge your circumstances and pause to assess.

Sweaty hands, perspiring and weak knees also present themselves as a type of surrender one way or another as benefits you.

The body often gives out its byproduct — burned fuel — this way.

Keep in mind:

It replenishes what it burns.

ALWAYS THERE

When you meditate, reflect, ponder, pause and learn to relax correctly, your body-speak increases not through sound or circumstances but by awareness alone.

It was always speaking and signaling but was never paid attention to.

Stillness gives it an equal say in the moment whereas the opposite drowns it out.

The voice it uses which is voiceless?

REALIZATION

This operates outside of your systems of thinking, emotions and five senses.

It comes from within from a place we refer to as KNOWING.

We just know and act on that.

Faith drives it and no effort is required.

Action is mandatory however.

The origin of seeing something for oneself stems from this.

NOISES?

Today, there isn’t a person alive who is not hypnotized to remember some sound, event, smell or location that has marked them at some point while vulnerable, exposed and being taken advantage of.

Sitting still while letting most thoughts and memories pass by as in a parade will reveal much to an observer but little to the one immersed in activity.

CONSCIENCE

Discipline in these areas will eventually lead to an old and trusted friend whose voice you have doubted and ignored.

Some have even drowned it out or shut it down via denial or out-of-sight out-of-mind dynamics.

And that is the gentle, still, pleasant and soothing succinct voice of your own conscience.

MAKE FRIENDS HERE

Do not confuse this with thinking, thoughts or suggestions which are brain-fed or induced and supported by the emotions and five senses.

NO.

Your conscience has its own identification and learning prompts and how to recognize yours can not only enhance your life…

but save it too.

Know this voice.

LEARN AS YOU GO

Learn to sit still, go about your business in a confident manner, display mastery for those things you do well and humility for those yet to come.

Most of all, listen to everyone but make your own choices.

If you fail, you receive the object lesson and instantly recover and go again but not repeat the failed lesson.

RESULTS DON’T LIE

If you succeed, it is imprinted and the course, events and the way you navigated for results do not lie.

Bookmark that and look for an opportunity to practice again.

Either way, we are always wanting to test our beliefs and for many reasons.

What holds we keep but perfect, hone and direct further evolving as we go called perfection.

What doesn’t, we modify or drop letting something else have a turn until we find working footing.

KNOW THYSELF

Invest in yourself.

Do not outsource your identity or purpose but instead…
