Most people say they want the truth—
until the truth asks, or points out, for them to change.
The other day someone approached me and shared they had been wanting to ask me something for over a week.
It involved a life and love matter.
They wanted feedback.
Input.
Perspective.
Before answering, I asked them one question:
“How much truth can you stand?”
That question matters more than people realize.

HOW MUCH TRUTH CAN YOU HANDLE?
We all have blind spots.
Things others can see in us—
that we ourselves cannot.
Patterns.
Habits.
Attitudes.
Behaviors.
Sometimes the truth stands directly in front of us—
while comfort quietly asks us to look away.
REALITY
Reality respects no one.
It simply IS.
The challenge is not reality itself—
but our perception of it.
People interpret events differently.
Emotion colors judgment.
Fear alters conclusions.
Ego reshapes facts.
That is why truth requires examination, testing, reflection and follow-up.
Eventually we arrive at the core:
The truth of the matter.
CHOICE
But people must WANT truth.
Trying to force reality onto someone before they are ready usually backfires.
Truth arrives best through willingness.
Seeking.
Asking.
Knocking.
Yearning.
Investigation.
The soul opens gradually.
TRUTH
Truth has one purpose:
Freedom.
Not punishment.
Not humiliation.
Not defeat.
Truth sets people free because it removes illusion.
It ends confusion.
It produces clarity.
And clarity restores peace.
WORTHY NOTE
Truth may sting at first—
but lies slowly poison over time.
DEEP WITHIN
Everyone’s threshold for honesty differs.
Some can face difficult truths quickly.
Others resist deeply.
There are unexplored places within many people—
untested rooms within the self—
where truth has not yet fully entered.
COMFORT LEVELS
People often stop at the edge of discomfort.
Not at the edge of truth.
Responsibility becomes difficult when truth asks us to examine ourselves honestly.
Growth begins when comfort zones end.
INTER-FEAR
Fear often interferes with truth.
Enter-fear.
Pride interferes too.
So does denial.
So does hesitation.
There are forces both internal and external that resist truth because truth dismantles illusion.
DON’T DELAY WHAT PRESENTS ITSELF
Doubt argues.
Hesitation stalls.
Excuses delay.
But opportunities for truth are precious.
Life moves quickly.
Lessons ignored today often return tomorrow wearing heavier clothing.
Carpe Diem.
Seize the moment.
OPTIMUM IS YOUR DEFAULT
You were not created merely to survive.
Or exist.
Or drift through life half-awake.
You were designed for abundant living.
For stewardship.
For awareness.
For growth.
Something inside you already knows this.
WHAT POWERS YOU
The Breath of God is no myth.
Something sustains you.
Preserves you.
Calls you toward greater awareness and understanding.
Truth removes whatever blocks that flow.
LOOK FOR THIS EVERYWHERE
The truth of the matter.
The center.
The substance.
The core.
Without truth—
nothing stable can exist.
Relationships collapse.
Trust disappears.
Identity weakens.
Peace evaporates.
WORTHY NOTE
Truth is not the enemy of love.
Truth is what allows love to remain real.
Seek truth.
Want truth.
Learn truth.
Even when uncomfortable.
Because eventually—
the truth-maker Himself takes pleasure in those who genuinely seek it.
Forever and ever.
