When you enter into control mode,
it first binds you the controller
Then, it tries to recreate others
in its image i.e. control freaks

Some of life’s greatest blessings…
arrived…
only after…
I loosened my grip.
Sometimes…
letting go…
is an act of faith too.
I’ve spent seasons of my life…
trying to control outcomes…
people…
circumstances…
timing…
and even God.
The harder I held on…
the heavier life became.
Eventually I discovered something surprising.
Control often disguises itself…
as responsibility.
But they’re not the same.
Responsibility asks me…
to faithfully do my part.
Control asks me…
to carry what belongs to God.
LET GOD BE GOD
There comes a moment…
when wisdom quietly says,
“You’ve done everything you can.”
That’s not quitting.
That’s trusting.
The farmer plants.
He waters.
He pulls weeds.
But he cannot command the harvest.
Some things only God can grow.
The same is true with people.
With healing.
With answers.
With tomorrow.
SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT
What are you trying to control…
that God has simply asked you…
to trust Him with?
PUT LEGS ON IT
Do your part.
Pray sincerely.
Love generously.
Prepare wisely.
Then release the outcome.
Sleep peacefully.
Trust completely.
God has never asked you…
to carry His responsibilities.
RICHIE SPEAKING
The older I become…
the more freedom I find…
whenever I exchange control…
for trust.
PEARLS CONNECTION
📖 It Is Finished reminds us that Christ completed the work only He could accomplish. That truth invites us to faithfully fulfill our responsibilities while peacefully releasing to God the things only He can complete. Trust is not passive—it is confident surrender.
FINAL THOUGHT
Do what you can.
Trust God…
with what you can’t.
Peace…
usually begins…
right there.
