It’s not random.
How did “second” guessing come into play which presumes there is a first guess ahead of it. We will define both, so you not only understand these when you wield them, but when they are wielded on you. Guessing is part of the human nature & is mostly conducted in a fun arena but in a court, will earn you a rebuke unless it was requested or allowed by the court. An estimate, guess, conjecture begs: Why not the truth & dispense with all this?
GUESSING DEFINED: When you draw from present data, that has probability or tentativeness without waiting or relying on factual data but in connection with it to take a side or make a point. Lacks authority but has allowable social graces
SECOND GUESSING DEFINED: Projecting into the future a subject with some certainty or drawing on past experiences to conclude an event or circumstances all driven by anticipation or past experiences
TITLE OF THE POST (double meaning)
We can be asking if the “second guess” syndrome is visiting or upon us is one of the interpretations & the other: asks if that is what you do & then begs why? The core of what I just said is drawn from the cliche: say what you mean & mean what you say worlds. Guessing anything puts us in second place but in the game still
RELATED DYNAMICS TO SECOND GUESSING
It is cousin to over-thinking & self-doubt as well speaking without knowing to just hear yourself talk or take over/participate in conversation. Know when you do this, you lack confidence that comes from authority which propels self-confidence & credibility. If you want your personal stock to rise, guessing may not have the legs
TRY THIS INSTEAD
Asking questions, the ancient & ole reliable system ordained & approved by the Creator which gives steady, consistent results from its truth driven dynamics with ability to also set you free, provide clarity, forward movement & summon results
WHEN YOU GUESS
First or second, you are really saying without saying that you do not know. Why waste time unless it is for you to be amusing or with hidden agenda. I have found YES, NO, & I DON’T KNOW more powerful, distinct & honored by the Universe.
GUESSING INVOLVES THIS TOO
Your think is activated to participate summoned by you. Thinking & it’s system of demonstrating thought-driving can only go so far & is at odds with the Truth, a separate system. You cannot serve two masters. The common sense, logic, reasoning & intuitive banks are shut down when sinking in thinking kicks in
GUESSING ANYTHING
Cuts us off from the intended systems called knowing which is driven by self-evidence & followed with a proclamation of “I get it” or that makes sense. The guess is powered by us. If we don’t use it, it dies out. If we do use it, it dominates
WORTHY NOTE: I remember taking many multiple-choice exams & tests. If you don’t know the answer, you are supposed to eliminate two & the remaining two, give your best guess. This choice says & promotes: You don’t know & don’t care. It’s a workaround with you passing a test, but you don’t own the true answers
LISTENING & SILENCE
When children don’t know something in the early stages, they go silent not knowing what to say or how to proceed. They just stare or move on to something else. Adults tend to listen attentively & with focused intent to know, not guess.
WORTHY NOTE: Be known, & let someone accuse you of being a good listener
GAME SHOWS
They promote & create ways for people to practice & use guessing as a form of entertainment & it succeeds. They won’t use you unless you act the jester, guess & emotionalize your contribution. People who actually know things don’t make good contestants. So go the game world. In thew real world, there’s another way
KNOWING
This system, where you know for yourself because what you know is self-evident, rules the Universe as it is the Created way for learning, experiencing & interacting intimately with the Creator & other, higher, spiritual life forms. To know, & be known, satisfies, heals & rewards as intended to do.
