Gratitude changes everything. The moment we stop chasing what we do not have and begin appreciating what is already before us, life becomes richer, deeper, calmer, and far more meaningful.

GRATITUDE OF LIFE

Simply put, gratitude means having an attitude of being grateful.

Attitude, being defined as viewpoint or perspective, becomes the very foundation from which you stand and view the world, your circumstances, and your own personal experiences.

THE WANTING

There are countless ways to appreciate and partake in the life experience itself. Where many of us stumble is when comparison enters in. We begin measuring ourselves against what others have, what we could have, or what we think we deserve.

Without warning, our natural graciousness and thankfulness begin slipping away.

Want for a reason holds.
Wanting simply to have more for the sake of having more becomes a type of beguilement.

LUST IS NOT JUST

Not merely the sexual definition.
No.

This is a craving or insatiable desire for MORE that exceeds the moment you are presently living in. It pulls the mind into another realm where contentment disappears and dissatisfaction quietly takes over.

Your “I have enough” switch becomes stuck in the GIVE ME MORE position.

And once that happens…
who owns who?

WATCH YOUR WILL

Why abandon the good, the pure, the decent, the lovely, and the right by journeying into darkness chasing excess?

Why not appreciate your portion such as it is and from there use your talents, skills, and abilities to move forward with gratitude already in place?

Providence may join you.
Opportunity may arrive.
A helping hand may appear.

But being overly willful carries a warning:

Be careful what you insist on getting…
you just may get it.

THE RIGHT WAY REWARDS

Anyone who travels with the right intentions, motives, humility, and virtue will discover that righteousness itself rewards the traveler.

Very little faith is required to begin this journey.
Yet whatever faith is exercised here multiplies the reward and the peace.

“Less is more” is no myth.

What you already have can become deeply satisfying once gratitude enters the picture.

START WITH THIS

Stop exhausting yourself chasing more while overlooking the obvious miracle already taking place.

If you are reading this…
give thanks.

You woke up today.

That alone is worthy of gratitude.

LEARN FROM OTHERS

King Solomon was allowed to pursue excess without restraint. Wealth, power, possessions, pleasure, influence — he tasted it all.

He explored what many dream about every day.

And after reaching the heights of earthly abundance, his conclusion still echoes across time:

ALL IS VANITY.

Without meaning…
without gratitude…
without love…
without purpose…

having everything can still leave one empty.

REPORT IN PLEASE

Possessions without purpose become hollow.

Pursuing things merely to possess them eventually drains the soul instead of feeding it.

Where gratitude disappears, so do peace, humility, grace, mercy, and love.

IT ADDICTS AND DEMANDS

The pursuit of MORE for its own sake becomes demanding and addictive.

The farther one journeys from contentment, the harder it becomes to return.

That realm constantly whispers:
“More… more… more…”

Yet never says:
“Enough.”

A STATE OF SIMPLICITY = LIBERTY

Contentment is freedom.

To appreciate whatever comes your way while remaining thankful allows a person to live lightly, freely, and peacefully.

You enjoy life instead of being consumed by the endless pursuit of possessing it.

SEEK THIS IF YOU SEEK ANYTHING

The true Bread of Life satisfies in ways the world never can.

When the soul is properly nourished, something remarkable happens…

You no longer desperately need MORE.

Even crumbs become enough.
