Life arrives fresh every morning asking nothing from us except that we show up and participate. The greatest moments are often not planned, forced, or rehearsed… they are simply lived.

LIVING REQUIRES NO PRACTICE

The power of NOW is that it arrives untainted, fresh, and never before experienced.

Every moment comes wrapped in mystery and possibility, distributed freely across the world to billions of people all living different stories, circumstances, victories, losses, and discoveries.

The invitation?

You woke up this morning.

WHERE TO BEGIN?

Now what?

I am not speaking about business, schedules, appointments, social obligations, or achievements that fill the day with activity and accomplishment.

NO.

Those things will always be there.

What I am referring to is the ability to awaken and allow life itself to unfold naturally before you — much like a butterfly floating effortlessly upon a breeze.

LEARN TO LIVE

Life itself requires nothing from us in order to exist.

It already IS.

It remains a complete and ongoing experience designed for creation to partake in and enjoy.

No rehearsal is needed.
No overthinking required.
No perfect preparation demanded.

The system of LIFE already knows how to flow.

We simply learn how to flow with it.

FIND YOUR FLOW

Be careful about traveling incorrectly through life because it slows everything down unnecessarily and often creates avoidable complications.

Too much forcing…
too much resistance…
too much fear…

can throw us off center.

Learning to become aware of your own conscience and inner guidance system helps restore your personal rhythm and natural direction.

Look for your flow.

LEARNING TO LET GO

If life has thrust you into painful or unpleasant situations, learning how to let those moments pass while YOU remain standing is one of the greatest lessons available.

Too often the trauma wants to continue traveling with us long after the event itself has ended.

No to this.

THIS TOO SHALL PASS

By not endlessly reliving, reacting to, or feeding painful situations with constant thought, they slowly lose their grip.

Everything passes.

The challenge is making sure it does not take a piece of YOU with it when it goes.

Quiet contemplation, objectivity, gratitude, and learning to live more lightly all help restore balance.

PROFESSOR NATURE

Nature teaches these lessons beautifully.

The seasons never rush.
The tides never panic.
The sunrise never strains.

Everything unfolds in rhythm.

Children also remind us of this simplicity.

Watch a child explore life freely and you quickly remember something important:

Living naturally is built into us.

ARE YOU THIS PERSON?

“You sacrifice health in order to make money.
Then you sacrifice money to recuperate your health.

And then you become anxious about the future which does not allow you to enjoy the present.

The result being that you do not live in the present or the future.

You live as if you are never going to die…
and then die having never truly lived.”

— Dalai Lama

WHAT TO DO?

The beautiful thing about life is that it always allows beginning again.

At any moment…
you may reset.
You may redirect.
You may begin anew.

And perhaps the greatest freedom of all is reaching the point where you no longer desperately need another chance because you finally learned how to fully live the one already given.

Then…

you are living life to the fullest.
