Life becomes richer when we stop racing through it long enough to notice what was quietly waiting for us all along. Simplicity is not empty — it is overflowing with meaning for those willing to slow down enough to see it.

RANDOM SIMPLICITY
Instead of making your day mission-based, make it one where you are touring the surroundings while coming and going. Be aware of things outside your normal field of vision. Pick anything and it becomes worthy of attention. Slow down long enough to realize that you are actually seeing.
PEOPLE MAKE IT WORTHY
Take the time to notice your fellow travelers too. The other day, I bought somebody their lunch who was not expecting it. Because I was paying, they were able to have something they normally would not have bought for themselves.
PRICELESS
That experience gave me more than I gave and continues to do so. Perhaps you may want to be bold today and buy someone their lunch too. Then you will understand exactly what I mean.
The keeping of things simple is one of the most amazing and easiest processes there is. It requires nothing special. It is simply a spontaneous and unrehearsed participation in the moment called life.
The freedom that comes from letting go is beyond words yet remains within reach of everyone.
Consider also something so grand that we often take it for granted — nature itself. What a beautiful ongoing presentation of countless events all day long across the entire world for your personal enjoyment and wonder.
How about watching little children? I crack a smile every time I see a knee-high toddler exploring the world around them. The three to five-year-olds are even more fascinating as they openly share their innocence, curiosity, and joy. Take note that what you are seeing and hearing… was once you.
If you ate today more than once, you ate well. Many people in this world do not even eat daily. Pause long enough to recognize this and gratitude naturally follows.
There is a joy that comes from seeing someone else joyful or content. Look for this because it surely takes one to know one.
Take stock in what you do have and spend very little time dwelling on what you do not. When you begin appreciating what is already present, you enter into a powerful state of being.
Whatever condition you are in, from whatever cause, there is always someone somewhere not doing as well as you are. What does this teach us? Work with what you have. That is your reality. Find the courage to be glad in it.
Hold lightly to whatever gains you make because, as surely as they came, one day they too will pass. But the appreciation, wisdom, and character developed from those experiences continue traveling with you.
Learn to quiet your own mind. In doing so, your emotions settle and you become more of an observer of life rather than someone constantly reacting to it. There is so much to take in when one becomes available to the moment.
Tomorrow offers hope but no guarantees. The true value of tomorrow is found in the NOW.
May all things intended for you come gently into your life as would a butterfly landing upon its next leaf.
