Freedom begins…
the moment…
pretending ends.

Masks have existed for thousands of years.
Some were worn in theaters.
Some in ceremonies.
Some for protection.
Others for deception.
Today, many of the masks we wear cannot be seen.
We hide behind success.
Humor.
Pride.
Busyness.
Anger.
Even religion.
Sometimes we wear them so long that we begin believing they are who we are.
The tragedy isn’t wearing a mask.
The tragedy is forgetting there is still a real person underneath it.
THE INVITATION
Truth never asks us to become someone else.
It invites us to become who we have always been.
Freedom begins the moment we stop performing for people and begin living honestly before God and ourselves.
SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT
The strongest people I’ve ever met weren’t pretending to be strong.
They were simply no longer afraid to be genuine.
PUT LEGS ON IT
Take one mask off today.
Admit one mistake.
Ask for forgiveness.
Receive forgiveness.
Tell someone the truth.
Choose authenticity over appearance.
RICHIE SPEAKING
The greatest freedom I have ever experienced came the day I no longer needed to impress anyone.
PEARLS CONNECTION
📖 It Is Finished reminds us that Christ didn’t come to improve the false self.
He came to set the real person free.
FINAL THOUGHT
Take off the mask.
The person God created is far more beautiful than the image you’ve been trying to protect.
