Yesterday…

is a wonderful

place to visit.

It was never meant to become your address.

I enjoy museums.

They preserve history.

They remind us where we’ve been.

They teach us.

They inspire us.

But no one walks into a museum expecting to live there.

Life can become much the same.

Some people continue living inside old victories.

Others remain trapped inside old failures.

Some revisit painful memories so often they eventually mistake them for the present.

Yesterday has much to teach us.

It has very little to offer us as a permanent residence.

VISIT… THEN LEAVE

Memories are valuable.

Lessons are priceless.

But life keeps inviting us forward.

The windshield in your car is much larger than the rearview mirror for a reason.

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT

Your past deserves your respect.

It does not deserve your future.

PUT LEGS ON IT

Remember the lesson.

Release the regret.

Celebrate the growth.

Thank God for the journey.

Walk into today with expectation instead of hesitation.

RICHIE SPEAKING

Some of the greatest freedom I ever found came the day I stopped trying to rewrite yesterday and started writing a better today.

PEARLS CONNECTION

📖 Pearls for the Soul reminds us that wisdom gathers life’s lessons but never chains itself to yesterday’s chapters.

FINAL THOUGHT

Visit yesterday.

Learn from it.

Then walk out smiling.

Tomorrow has been waiting for you.
