Life…
doesn’t hand us
finished people. It is a proving ground

We adjust, discover, explore and
experiment. Results don’t lie
Walk into any great workshop and you’ll notice something.
There are unfinished projects everywhere.
Half-carved furniture.
Steel waiting to be shaped.
Blueprints spread across workbenches.
Fresh sawdust on the floor.
Nothing is criticized for not yet being finished.
Everyone understands…
it’s still becoming.
I wonder what would happen if we looked at people that way.
Perhaps we’d become more patient.
More encouraging.
More forgiving.
Including with ourselves.
UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Too many people quit on themselves because they mistake “unfinished” for “failure.”
They are not the same.
A sculptor doesn’t throw away the marble because it isn’t yet a masterpiece.
A carpenter doesn’t burn the lumber because it still needs sanding.
God doesn’t abandon people because they’re still growing.
SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT
The person you are becoming deserves the same patience you freely give to others.
PUT LEGS ON IT
Encourage someone who’s struggling.
Celebrate progress instead of perfection.
Learn one new skill.
Accept correction with gratitude.
Keep showing up.
Growth loves consistency.
RICHIE SPEAKING
The older I get, the less impressed I am by perfection.
I’m inspired by people who simply refuse to quit growing.
PEARLS CONNECTION
📖 When Will Men Come Back Again? reminds us that authentic character isn’t manufactured overnight.
It is patiently crafted through responsibility, humility, perseverance, and daily choices.
FINAL THOUGHT
Don’t judge the workshop by today’s sawdust.
Look at tomorrow’s masterpiece.
